What fees do you charge?
We charge a 5% deposit fee plus a one-time card issue fee: $15 for the Virtual card and $35 for the Metal card. All fees are shown clearly before you send any crypto (USDT or BTC) to load your card.
What are the minimum and maximum deposits?
The minimum deposit per top-up is $50, and the maximum is $100,000. You can load your card multiple times as you convert more crypto into spendable card balance.
Which currencies do you support?
We currently support USDT and BTC. Additional currencies may be added in the future while keeping the experience fast and simple for people who want to buy virtual cards with crypto.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Card and account balances can be refunded for a $10 processing fee. Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days – just contact support via the bot.
